1) Gain experience
Before you apply for a scholarship, you must first gain experience in your field.
2) Statement of Intent (SOP)
Another thing is the goal. So when you apply for a scholarship or university, don't forget to mention the reasons for your low CGPA. This is why the GPA is low. And you're different or why should they choose you?
